PARENTS OF TECHNOLOGICALLY DEPENDENT CHILDREN OF ONTARIO

LONDON, Ontario, N6K4J7 Canada

Mission Statement

We are families of children who have become very medically fragile or dependent on technology as a result of illness, accident or a genetic condition. We provide the type of care in our homes that is usually provided by health care professionals in hospitals or institutions. Our children are exceptional people who live with tremendous challenges on a daily basis. They play, laugh, learn and love against the medical odds. We love them deeply and want to provide the best quality of life we can offer.

About This Cause

Parents of Technologically Dependent Children of Ontario (PTDC) operate two respite homes in London and Cambridge known as Kids Country Club. These homes provide respite care for children who are medically fragile or dependent on technology. The London home originally began in a rented home in 1994. In Cambridge land was donated and a home was built in 2002. As the need for support increases PTDC is looking forward to ways to expand our facilities and support more children and their families. Thank you for your interest and support.
