About This Cause
Experience Church is a multi-site, non-denominational church in Calgary. Along with regular weekend services, weekly small groups, youth and children’s programming Experience Church has extensive outreach initiatives in the city of Calgary and beyond. Below are a few of the community initiatives you are supporting when you support Experience Church: Brown Bagging - lunch for students in the public school system who do not have regular lunch and nutritional food available Christmas Wish List - provides gifts and grocery support to hundreds of families living in Calgary Housing. More than 1500 children receive gifts annually. Narrow Road Womens Recovery Centre - EC supports women finding freedom from abusive situations and addictive patterns We Love YYC Grocery support - 10’s of thousands of meals in grocery hampers delivered at Christmas and Easter Grief Share - groups provided for those navigating grief and trauma Divorce Care - support group for those who have been through divorce Freedom - program designed to help those with addictive tendencies and destructive habits find wholeness.
