Mission Statement
(Polish Intercultural Centre and Library) Our work involves: - library service for Polish, English, Lithuanian and Spanish users - organising arts and music classes for children - arts and crafts workshops for adults - choir 'Dulcis Polonia' rehersals -poetry reading -live music evenings -Irish - Polish 'meet the author' sessions - bibliotherapy sessions for families - international workshops on folk music, dancing and singing - cookery demonstrations We really feel that with your help we can offer even more services and continue to play the major role in integrating different communities.
About This Cause
“Biblary” association has been functioning in Dublin for 9 years. We run the Polish library in Dublin. We organise educational activities, reading sessions and workshops promoting the Polish culture. We also set up a choir. The mission of „Biblary” is to inspire and empower individuals, groups and organisations to embrace people of all cultures for the enrichment of our community and society. We try to do it through the provision of information and referral, networking and social activities that foster the principles of positive action, responsibility and the co-creation of a common and individual future.
