About This Cause
Connected homeless is a digital platform that aims to fight homelessness by using technology. At it's core, Connected Homeless is a digital platform for homeless citizens. Through this platform, we will be able to credit users accounts with free key support items, which they can then redeem in a voucher format. Underpinning this platform is a technology which allows donations to be made digitally through our donor app, which is then converted into digital coins, of which the recipient receives the full value. The digital coins are redeemable at participating shops and organisations for necessities including food, sanitary products, and accommodation.
