Mission Statement
Through our performances and events, we introduce the art of flamenco to new audiences and create a deeper cultural appreciation to the flamenco community. Your donations enable us to cultivate, foster, and sponsor the development of an understanding, appreciation and love for this deeply rooted art through performances, education and presence in the community.
About This Cause
The Omayra Amaya Flamenco Dance Company was formed to educate the public and promote interest in the Art of Flamenco. It includes works by famous choreographers and original works newly created. It intends to cultivate, foster and sponsor the development in the community of an understanding, appreciation and love for this art. The goal of the corporation shall be actualized through promoting and producing dance productions, culturally oriented entertainments, classes for students of all ages and taking parts in activities having that end in view. The Omayra Amaya Flamenco Dance Company shall perform established works so as to provide an understanding of this deeply rooted art; and opening a door for the members to express their interpretations through their creative talents
