Operation Fistula is an international charitable effort focused on revolutionizing fistula care for women everywhere. Our vision is that all money spent on fistula delivers the most effective results possible. We recently completed a pilot program that issued pay-for-performance funding directly to the point of care. Data-driven funding helped us understand causality, confirm quality, and validate impact. We are now scaling our approach to help improve the effectiveness of fistula care and prevention efforts globally.
