Mission Statement
The Seattle Women’s Assistance Fund (SWAF) provides basic services to homeless and low-income Seattle-area residents with free clothing and hygiene kits donated through Two Big Blondes Plus Size Consignment Store.
About This Cause
Seattle Women's Assistance Fund provides: * Clothing Boutique for plus-size clothing, which can be hard to find in normal clothing donation sites * Back-to-Work interview outfit and/or new job attire * LGBTQ+ Support with extra assistance to those transitioning to women’s clothing * Winter Warmth through our annual coat drive * Basic Hygiene Kits with toiletries such as soap, shampoo, razors, maxi-pads and cosmetics * Custom needs including new bras & panties or other specific clothing needs not covered by available donations, purchased with funds raised through our bag sales & Holiday Giving Tree
