Elevating women singers through education, performance, and competition in barbershop harmony and a cappella music.
About This Cause
Sound Harmony Chorus (SHC) is comprised of women who love the thrill and challenge of a cappella singing! We are a registered Sweet Adelines International chorus, performing a mix of barbershop and contemporary a cappella music around the Seattle area. SHC welcomes all women regardless of age, race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender expression who share our passion for musical growth and artistic excellence. We provide education and training to our members as well as financial support when needed. SHC members bring their musical performances to community events, senior residences, and low-income community settings. Through these efforts, we take pride in “harmonizing the world".
