White Pony Express (WPE) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization, dedicated to helping eliminate hunger and poverty in Contra Costa County by delivering the abundance all around us to those in need - with love.
About This Cause
White Pony Express (WPE) nonprofit organization, dedicated to helping eliminate hunger and poverty in Contra Costa County by delivering the abundance all around us to those in need - with love. With 400+ volunteers, and a small but mighty staff of 17, White Pony Express has distributed 27 million pounds of rescued food and over 1.5 million items of clothing, educational toys, books, and emergency supplies. With your support, we are able to provide nutrition and nourishment to our highest need community members including people experiencing homelessness, low-income families, isolated seniors, foster youth, and new immigrant families. All services are provided free of charge, and WPE’s growing circle of giving now includes 200+ donors and 100+ local nonprofit service partners.
