About This Cause
Josie's House of Help is a nonprofit organization that strives to help those in need. Annually, we host the following events: Dorm Essentials giveaway : Targeted to low income youth graduating high school seniors Basket of Love( Food basket and turkey) - Targeted to senior citizens Beacon of Help & Hope) - Targeted to children and youth -Meals to feed kids during the summer months Back to school supply giveaways- Targeted to children and youth Quarterly we host events to feed the homeless. Summer/School Breaks We provide pre-employment job services to individuals between the ages of 14-21 that have a disability. Monthly we host webinars to help conducts various educational workshops on subjects that include health & wellness, finances, self-help, etc. Weekly we distribute food to senior citizens in the community
