Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri is a faith-based social services agency serving those in need, regardless of faith, race or nationality. Our service area includes the 39 southernmost counties in Missouri. Our Mission Statement: Motivated by the love of Christ, we seek to improve the lives of the vulnerable by providing quality, compassionate social services that meet local needs.
About This Cause
Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri provides a wide range of social services to meet local needs, including a crisis maternity home; disaster response and long-term recovery; home repair and rebuilding for survivors of natural disasters as well as low-income families and seniors; support coordination services for the developmentally disabled; homelessness prevention services, including rent and utility assistance; support services for veterans who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness; financial and housing counseling; mental health and family counseling; and pregnancy and parenting support services.
