About This Cause
THE GERMAN LANGUAGE SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN was founded in 1965. Currently the school provides German Language classes for over eighty children in classes ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade. NATIONAL RECOGNITION: The German Language School in Seattle has been designated as a “Center of Excellence” by the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG). The school has been ranked in the top three German Language Schools in the nation. Our students consistently score high in the standardized AATG tests—the result of a successful cooperation between students, teachers and parents! CHILDREN’S CLASSES: Classes are kept small at every grade level to assure individual attention and a friendly environment. Your child will find this opportunity for a head start in a second language stimulating and rewarding. Upper class students have achieved the highest scores in the national standardized test for German (AATG). CLASS SCHEDULE: The classes are held on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12 noon. The school starts mid-September and runs through early June. A total of 32 sessions is guaranteed. ADULT CLASSES: This year, we are offering an adult beginners class!
