Mission Statement
Promote reading and education through the Sammamish Library.
About This Cause
Who we are We are a group of community members who support and advocate for our public Library here in Sammamish. We meet monthly in the library meeting room. We encourage you to join us and help us. We sponsor many of the programs the library offers for kids, teens and adults. We operate both an ongoing used book sale and an annual used book sale to raise funds and keep books in circulation. We provide used book donations to several local shelters and charities. We donate other material and time to help our library. Programs we fund include story times on as many as 7 languages and all ages. We currently cover children, young adults and adults with programs to promote reading at all levels. There is a large ESL need we fund for all ages.
