Opportunity Details

The Holiday Hope Factory is the perfect opportunity for your group or company to do good and give back, while helping to spread holiday cheer through packaging Hope Hero placemat kits. Add some volunteer service to your team’s holiday celebration! Your company will work together to pack Happy Hope Bags filled with activities and supplies that deliver a boost of hope and happiness. Your team can help us reach 4,500 additional children in Massachusetts this year! Holiday Hope Factory session is 90 minutes and can accommodate teams of up to 25. Minimum donation is $2,500 per team. Register today!

Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease!

When you participate in Walk, your fundraising dollars fuel our mission, and your participation in the event helps to change the level of Alzheimer’s awareness in your community. The Alzheimer’s Association provides free, easy-to-use tools and staff support to help participants reach their fundraising goal. While there is no fee to register, we encourage participants to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness.

Each year in October we have our Fall Festival on school grounds. This year's festival is Thursday, October 18th from 5-7:00 pm. The festival is one of two annual fundraising events we present at our school. Typically we have a bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, games, and food. This event is anticipated each year by current and past students as well as parents.

Girl Scouts of Central Illinois proudly presents the 12th Diamonds & Desserts on Thursday, October 25, 2018, 5:30 p.m. at the Decatur Country Club. This signature event will once again feature the Flora Gems Sweet Surprise Wall, a Girl Scout cookie-inspired desserts competition among local chefs, and recognition of Mayor Julie Wolfe Moore as our 2018 Diamond Honoree.

We invite your support to help raise awareness and funds for Girl Scouts of Central Illinois. Within our 38-county council GSCI serves over 20,000 girls, leaders, and their families. Within the greater Decatur area, we serve over 2,500. Your support will help us make a significant difference in the lives of these girls through empowering programs like the arts, financial literacy, healthy living, outdoor education, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). Girl Scouts builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Together, we can impact every G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader).™
