CrowdDoing is a global virtual collaboration to research medicinal foods for stress, sleep and anxiety. Our project has the goal of advancing integration across fields of research and to build medicinal foods literacies in the population. We are looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire qualified employees.

VP Talent Acquisition responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions. CrowdDoing supports a social innovation venture lab and a portfolio of social enterprises. Both the lab and the social enterprises aim to achieve systemic change through collaboration with virtual volunteers.

Role Summary:
Project manager will include the backlog of people who have been interested in Project Management in an organized way.

Responsibilities:
The project manager will be responsible to help drive execution for a team of volunteers.
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

High Voltage Holiday Toy Giveaway is one of the most anticipated events of the year in New Orleans. This program assists approximately 200 children with Holiday toys and gifts. For this program, High Voltage collects toys though donations and handles the application and scheduling process.
