The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating content that aligns with ONETrack International's mission and philosophy. ONETrack International is a Boston-based not-for-profit charity project that practices Transition to Home orphan-care around the world. We remove orphaned children from their orphanages and place them in the households of biological family members in their communities of birth. ONETrack is currently practicing the Transition to Home orphan-care approach in Cameroon, The Gambia, Zimbabwe, Cambodia, Kosovo, Colombia, in Liberia with orphans affected by the Ebola epidemic, in Greece with the refugee population, and in Honduras in communities affected by the "Migrant Caravan" crisis.

We are looking for people who can help us understand how best to disseminate our story so we can fulfill the mission of ONETrack International. In this role, you would be supporting the Media & Marketing division by creating marketing collateral for our organization and, in turn, helping to promote proper orphan-care solutions around the world. Responsibilities may include:
-Producing consistent, cohesive and high-quality design work reflecting ONETrack International's brand voice and style
- Prioritizing and organizing creative requests to meet established deadlines; expect some tight turnarounds
-Creating high-quality materials designed to promote awareness within the broad public regarding ONETrack International's mission and philosophy
- Working under the guidance of the Media & Marketing Director and in collaboration with the entire Media & Marketing team
- Designing and producing a wide variety of marketing materials within parameters of graphic standards and overall organizational priorities. Deliverables can include, publications, annual reports, newsletters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, static and animated digital ads, specialty items and other printed pieces
- Determining the need for photography, illustration, charts, graphs, maps and other elements to enhance the design and to most effectively convey the message
- Preparing complex electronic files for everything from full-color multi-page publications to large transit and vehicle displays
- Resizing and/or reconfiguring content to meet specific requirements for placement in a variety of channels including print, digital, out-of-home, social media, etc.
- Working with the Media & Marketing Director to manage assigned workload, track progress and ensure that projects meet deadlines
- Providing creative feedback on any existing designs or content
- Managing photo archives

Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in graphic design preferred, but not required

This volunteer opportunity will provide applicants with the opportunity to help in nonprofit fundraising and development techniques that may include: event planning, grant writing, donor cultivation, solicitation strategizing, and a fundamental knowledge of Nonprofit Management and program implementation.

Responsibilities may include:
• Create and administer fundraising campaigns to sponsor students in our system.
• Research new foundations to apply for funding
• Help in writing minor proposals and reports
• Research and develop events in new fundraising markets
• Help in researching potential donors
• Help in conducting in depth researching into new fundraising markets

Identify arts and non-profit grant opportunities. Analyze these options and propose grant applications for Windham Actors Guild, a non-profit theatre organization based in Southern New Identify Hampshire. Track submissions and processes.
Part-time, flexible, and virtual. Project duration approximately one month, to be completed by June 30th, 2021 if possible.
Additional work possible if interested after completion of this project.

Attention to detail, strategic written analysis and review of opportunities, interest in the arts and non-profit management, and ability to provide clear recommendations.

Fostering dogs is important in the South. We are a specific Breed rescue (German Shepherds), but the need is great. We are in a crisis situation with strays, abandoned, abused, neglected dogs. On any one day, we can receive up to 50 requests to help a dog in need. We are looking for loving homes to house, love, and care for these beautiful souls until we have them medically taken care of and adopted out or transported North. Please join our team, we are a group of easy going people, trying to give a little back to society and being a voice for the voiceless. There is no expense to you, unless you choose to contribute. In the past, some guest speakers have spent the first part of the Q&A session asking the group about the i.c.stars program. The second portion is sometimes spent talking about the speaker’s career and business/technology strategy or a leadership development topic. The remaining time is spent on participant questions. This structure changes depending on then speaker’s style and preferences.
