Venez témoigner de votre parcours d'études et professionnel auprès des élèves de 4e et de 3e du collège Gaston Ramon à Dampierre-sur-Salon.
Quel que soit votre métier, votre témoignage pourrait aider les jeunes à prendre confiance en eux et à définir leur voie !

Objectifs de la mission

Susciter des vocations et inspirer les jeunes en leur montrant des exemples concrets de parcours d’études et professionnels, permettant ainsi d’affiner leur projet d’orientation.

Tous les profils sont les bienvenus : Bienveillance, écoute active et conseils objectifs sont les seuls prérequis pour participer à nos actions.

Les interventions dureront 55 minutes.
Vous interviendrez à plusieurs auprès de petits groupes d’élèves, puis les élèves tourneront (format speed-meeting)
L’intervention aura lieu en présentiel et vous serez invités à vous présenter 15 minutes avant le début à l’établissement. Un membre de notre équipe sera sur place pour vous accueillir.

Pouvez-vous partager vos expériences professionnelles, notamment la première, et les autres par ordre chronologique ?
Quelles sont vos missions quotidiennes et les enjeux de votre métier ? Qu’est-ce qui vous motive le plus ?
Quelles sont les compétences transversales que vous mobilisez ? (soft-skills et hard-skills)
Après ce métier-là, comment vous voyez vous évoluer ?

Duties :

- Teach computer skills to underprivileged children under the age of 14.
- Manage all activities related to the center according to instructions from the head office.
- Attract new children to the center for digital education.
- Monitor the progress of existing students and maintain an up-to-date database.
- The job requires a commitment from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is unpaid.

If the volunteer performs these tasks for at least one month, they will be entitled to receive a volunteer certificate from the organization.

The students are assigned a life scenario so they can experience firsthand the real-life challenges of making personal budgeting decisions. After calculating their net monthly income and savings goals, students visit kiosks that represent different budget categories such housing, health insurance, groceries, and utilities. Anyone with real world monthly budgeting experience can become a volunteer. JA Finance Park Volunteers play a key role by helping the students understand the concepts of personal financial planning and career exploration. Volunteers provide guidance and assistance while monitoring and verifying students’ work.

The UDL typically consists of two debates on topical issues and is an excellent opportunity for students to put their learning and skills to the test. Volunteers can Guest Judge or Chair debates as well as speaking to students about their role in their organisation. Debate Mate will provide briefings for these roles. Volunteers can participate in either or both of the debates during the afternoon. This is a great chance for volunteers to get involved and see the students compete!
