As a charity Action Change has over 80 projects around the world and all our programs are focused on working directly with community members. These community members are driven and passionate individuals and often with some education however they are not experienced in finance, marketing, strategy and fundraising strategies along with they are unaware of the developed world corporate environment. We are looking for a number of professional volunteers to help mentor our community projects and team remotely, meeting through Video Call, WhatsApp and Email around 3-5 hours a month.
Before starting you will meet with our CEO and partner team to discuss what skills you can assist with and we will match you with a project that relates to you either conservation (planet) or community (people), you will be given training before meeting and then we will introduce you to the team in the field and you can together build an action plan of assistance you can and will provide them.
We are working towards making every project self sustainable and the biggest part of this is skills training and mentorship, if you are interested in getting involved please connect with us.
Most mentorships last from 3,6 or 12 months for 3-5 hours a month, this is flexible and can be decided before connecting with the project and community.
