- What? We are working with a small group of Y12 (aged 16 – 17) students studying BTEC Business from Isleworth and Syon School. We are looking for employers to support with an interview skills workshop, providing advice and guidance on interviews. We are also looking for employers to support with a mock interview session, delivering mock interviews for students and providing feedback.

Speed Networking Event, St Marks School

What? The event is aimed at the year 10 (aged 14 – 15) year group at St Marks Catholic School. There will be 180 students in total. The aim is for students to develop their confidence and communication skills and expose them to a variety of industries and careers.

We are looking for volunteers to take part in a Speed Networking Session, and/ or to deliver Careers Activities.

BTEC Science Project, Marjory Kinnon School
What? The school are looking for guest speakers from science sectors who can lead sector talks for a small group of Y10s or 11s with special educational needs studying BTEC Science. We are looking for guest speakers from the following sectors:
-Water treatment plans
- Environmental officers
- Factory/ quality assurance teams
- Practical, hands-on lab work
- Met Police
- Fooding testing

Works with Friends of Fort Williams ecologist, Andrea, to visit garden sites after gardens have been selected to determine appropriate signage needs (hazards, parking logistics). Meet with Cape police department, along with Andrea, to determine any street parking issues. Works with volunteer coordinator to coordinate volunteer needs and information that needs to be shared with volunteers about specific properties, restrictions, etc. Ensures that each garden has appropriate tables, chairs, signage including getting them to the site day before Tour) and all picked up and accounted for after. Coordinates the set up of the up registration tent (loaned or rented) and necessary tables.
