Tâches et responsabilités :
- Traitement de dons, facturation et reçu fiscaux sur notre base de données
- Mise à jour des fiches des donateurs
- Au besoin, appels aux donateurs (pas de sollicitation)
- Numérisation des dossiers de donateurs majeurs et successions
- Préparation des envois postaux aux donateurs (préparer les étiquettes, vérifier les listes, etc.)
- Vigie et suppression des doublons
- Toute autres tâches connexe
Qualités et expérience recherchées :
- Agilité avec l’informatique
- Expérience avec l’utilisation d’un CRM (Donor Perfect un atout)
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Attention au détail, autonomie, aisance relationnelle et discrétion

CAN Behavioral Health is hosting our 2nd annual gala: Unmasking the Stigma of Mental Health on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn of Baytown in support of our general mission to help adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues in East Harris County and surrounding communities.We are seeking volunteers for set up the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025 and on Saturday, February 15, 2025 throughout the day.
On Saturday:
- We will have volunteers setting up from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- During the event we will have various shifts from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm to assist with guest check-in, escorting guests to their tables, assisting with our live & silent auctions, collecting payments, taking pictures of auction winners, and other areas of interest.
- Concluding the event on Saturday evening, we will have volunteers clearing our tables, packing up items to be taken back to CAN's headquarters, loading and unloading vehicles.
Last year, closing out the event took about 2 hours with 8 volunteers.

2. Guest Registration and Check-In
- Welcome attendees, check them in, and provide name tags or event materials.

3. Silent Auction Assistance
- Set up and monitor the silent auction items.
- Help guests navigate the auction process and answer any questions.
4. Table Hosts

5. Runners for Live Auction
- Work closely with the auctioneer to distribute auction prizes to winners.
- Ensure a seamless flow during the live auction portion of the evening.

7. Event Breakdown and Cleanup
