Not all heroes wear capes. Got hair on your suit before you go to work? Yeah, you know it. The MKC is Australia's most loved Cat Rescue organisation. Hard working volunteers, dedicated street rescue and hundreds of lives saved every year. We save lives, they meow. That's what we do.
About This Cause
The Mini Kitty Commune are not your average rehoming organisation, it's one of the most advanced, engaged and hard working communities of rescue you've met. We provide quality outcomes for rescued cats and kittens. This means, high quality food, full vaccinations and all animals are desexed before adoption. We maintain quality relationships with our adopters, sponsors and volunteers so that the cats have the best quality outcome. The Mini Kitty Commune rescues and rehomes abandoned and neglected cats, we do this through a network of volunteers, foster carers and supporters across Sydney. We also provide community programs, education and physical help to pounds, cats and people in need. We are a no kill organisation that helps hundreds of abandoned and neglected cats. 100% of your donations go to the animals in vet bills, food, medical supplies and housing equipment. We don’t have fancy offices, committees or expensive wages and our staff are all volunteers. Check us out! Over 10 years old now and a registered charity, tthousands of cats saved and families made.
