Mission Statement
We aim to empower Australia's individuals, communities, and organisations to take climate-healthy actions extending beyond carbon neutrality, and benefitting the land, wildlife and human communities. Central to our work is the commitment to develop and catalyse tree-planting activities. Tree planting holds immense potential for combatting climate change and regenerating the land. Funds help us develop innovative tree-planting projects and provide resources, guidance, and assistance to individuals, communities and organisations, to develop projects and reduce their ecological footprint. Our collective efforts restore ecosystems, capture carbon, enhance biodiversity, and create a sustainable and resilient future.
About This Cause
At Carbon Positive Australia, we develop and implement environmental restoration projects. That means we’re on the ground planting native trees—and working with our partners to restore healthy ecosystems, boost Australian conservation and restoration, empower you to measure and reduce your carbon footprint and build capacity for tree-planting projects. We’re also creating the best possible conditions for ecological restoration at scale. Carbon Positive Australia is a grassroots organisation with deep roots in Australia, and we strategically develop projects to address the greatest need. With over 20 years of experience, we’re experts in revegetation, reforestation, carbon measurement, carbon education, and environmental planting.
