Mission Statement

We want to contribute towards a prosperous, sustainable, and equitable society, through the development of people and management practices, for the creation of effective, long-lasting local public policies.

About This Cause

We are a non-profit organization, created by the Lemann Foundation, to collaborate with local governments in the implementation of long-lasting public policies which address the most pressing social problems in Brazil today. We manage programs that seek to improve people's lives through public education and the development of public sector leaders, guided by an evidence-based methodology and success indicators. On the education front, we have two programs: Formar and Plantar Educação.
