Mission Statement
Camp Ramah in Canada combines a love for camping with meaningful Jewish experiences and instills in its campers a love of Judaism, the Jewish people, and the state of Israel.
About This Cause
Camp Ramah in Canada is one of nine Ramah overnight camps in North America, the only one of its kind in Canada. We empower young people to become more independent, to gain an appreciation of nature and the great outdoors, and to develop important individual and team skills. Ramah’s strength is providing impactful Jewish experiences for both campers and staff. Jewish programming is our specialty. Our Tikvah program, which is an integral aspect of camp, teaches the values of diversity, acceptance and inclusion and has a profound impact on our entire camp community.
