Mission Statement
Pacific Community Resources is an award-winning, accredited, not-for-profit society serving British Columbia communities since 1984. We provide youth and family support, education programs, employment services, addiction counselling and prevention and housing support.
About This Cause
There are many ways you can support our work. You can make a donation to any of our programs or to the agency as a whole. Pacific Community Resources Society is a Canadian registered charity (#107775785 RR0001) that provides a range of services: education programs; employment; housing; and addiction counselling and prevention programs for youth, adults, and families from a variety of backgrounds and orientations. We provide services to people who have lived in poverty, faced multiple barriers, had substance use issues, and need mental health support. Our skilled staff work in Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster, Aldergrove, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock, Richmond, and Keremeos. We work to provide integrated services so that people who need support can come to us and get the help they need from one organization. We are committed to outreach, advocacy, and community development. We identify gaps in services and work to find solutions to address inequality and social problems such as poverty, child abuse, mental health, substance misuse, violence, and homelessness. We work with other service providers, umbrella organizations, government entities, and businesses to find solutions with the goal of improving the lives of the people we serve.
