Mission Statement
PLEA’s vision is a world where everyone has the opportunity for a good life and everyone counts. To fulfill this vision PLEA delivers unique services, tailored to individual strengths and needs, to children, youth, adults and families facing significant challenges so that they may live fulfilling lives within their communities.
About This Cause
PLEA has two prevention programs, Children of the Street and KidStart, which rely on donations to operate. KidStart provides vulnerable children throughout BC’s Lower Mainland with a caring adult mentor. Children of the Street keeps provides community and school-based workshops across BC and beyond to keep children and youth safe from sexual exploitation.
