Through primary care and health promotion, Radius Community Health & Healing improves the quality of life and well-being of populations and individuals who face multiple barriers to accessing health services. Radius Community Health & Healing achieves this by providing the highest standard of evidence-informed and client focused inter-professional care. We collaborate with our clients to address the broad determinants of health.
About This Cause
Boyle McCauley Health Centre Society operates as Radius Community Health & Healing to meet the needs of a client group that is challenged by multiple barriers, including poverty, homelessness, mental health, multiple addictions, and social isolation using a diverse and flexible array of programs and services. All people have access to quality, responsive, and compassionate health care. Radius' team of physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, health advocates, outreach workers, and other community specialists work together in teams to coordinate care. We've tasked ourselves to address the complex needs of clients, help improve health outcomes and quality of life. Our programs include: -Primary Care -Wound Care -Psychiatry and Psychology -Pediatrics -Social Work -Occupational therapy -Nursing -Housing Support -General Dentistry -Community Building -Supervised Consumption Services
