About This Cause
The Centre works to achieve physical and emotional wellness in an accessible, caring, social and supportive environment for socially isolated older adults 55+ and elderly seniors or any senior that wishes to become more active and interact with their peers. Programs include fitness classes, table tennis, badminton euchre, games, language classes, coffee & dessert socials, theme parties and holiday crafts.
