About This Cause
Operating since 1987, Chebucto Connections is a non-profit community development agency that works within a hub model to address a range of social needs in our community - delivering programs such as the Community Produce Packs, Diagnosing Poverty-Prescribing Possibility and Pathways to Education. As a community Hub, we work with our partners to connect people to the resources they may need in one spot. Our programming and services are not only inclusive but also low-barrier to support people to access the supports they need to move forward and improve their overall health and well-being. We are located in the heart of the lower income Spryfield neighbourhood which makes us accessible to those who need our services the most and who may otherwise face significant barriers to connecting to supports.
