About This Cause
The North Vancouver City Library is a welcoming, vibrant hub of a thriving community. We empower growth, spark curiosity, foster creativity and innovation, and galvanize community potential. The Library is located on the traditional, unceded lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh Nation). Our strategic priorities include the inspiration of learning, discovery, and creation of vibrant spaces while honouring Indigenous perspectives. We champion equity, diversity, access and inclusion.
