Our vision at the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is to build a safe, connected community where people are welcomed, accepted, healthy and inspired. In carrying out this mission, the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg conducts itself in accordance with the core values of Individual Potential, Community and Organizational Excellence. At the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, our core purpose is to help grow great people. We do this by: • supporting people to achieve their goals for healthy living and well-being; • fostering active citizenship through participation, learning and leadership development; and • eliminating barriers to inclusion and fostering belonging and connection.
