About This Cause
Toronto's go-to resource for all things veg. Canada's largest and oldest vegetarian organization, inspiring people to choose a healthier, greener, more compassionate lifestyle through plant-based eating. We host the largest Veg Food Fest in North America, have a comprehensive directory of veg restaurants in the GTA, do community outreach to encourage people to try a vegetarian/vegan diet, host the Annual Vegan Bake-Off and Veggielicious, and have more than a dozen social groups where people can meet like-minded people and get support!
