Mission Statement
Since 1897 Carefor Health & Community Services, a registered charity, has been keeping families together longer at home by providing compassionate home health care and support services to those in need, maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
About This Cause
As one of the largest home care providers in Eastern Ontario, Carefor makes over a half a million visits annually to those in need in their homes, residences or care facilities. From nursing to personal care, rehabilitation, palliative care, transportation, assisted living options, respite care, programs and services for caregivers and their loved one living with dementia or mental health issues; Carefor continues to meet the needs of our the local communities we serve.
