Established in 1980 by concerned and motivated volunteers, Hospice Wellington has enjoyed a supportive and fulfilling relationship with our community. As our community evolves Hospice continues to provide an enhanced array of much needed services. We recognize Hospice Wellington services need to change and grow while preserving our values, motivation and established offerings. To guide us into the future Hospice Wellington has realigned its vision and mission, developed strategic priorities and stayed true to its values.
