About This Cause

The Bach Children’s Chorus (BCC) has instilled a love of music in generations of singers for 38 years and counting. It was founded in 1987 by Linda Beaupré, who served as Artistic Director for 31 years (1987-2017; 2024-2025), followed by Charissa Bagan (2017-2024) and Meredith Wanstall (2025-present). The BCC provides a first-rate choral experience for children, youth and young adults, and is known for setting a high standard of music education and performance experiences for community choirs. Our goal is to raise passionate arts enthusiasts and music leaders who will positively impact the future of arts and culture in Canada.
