Evergreen provides, at no charge, non-medical care and support for people of all ages in Markham Stouffville and Thornhill who are experiencing the impact of life threatening illness or death

About This Cause

Evergreen is a community hospice that provides wellness oriented support for adults, teens and children in the communities of Markham, Stouffville and Thornhill who are coping with the impact of life threatening or life limiting illness, caregiving in the home, or grief. All our services are offered at no cost. Programs include: In-home visiting, day program, cancer support groups, individual counselling, caregiver support groups, bereavement support groups, in-school support and information mailings.
