Mission Statement
The Working Centre, based in Kitchener-Waterloo, is a volunteer inspired venture that seeks to give individuals and groups access to tools and opportunities to become involved in the building of community.
About This Cause
The ideas behind The Working Centre revolve around the basic building blocks necessary to create community. The Working Centre's main projects give people access to tools combined with practical cooperative and learning projects. For 30 years, we have responded to the needs of those experiencing poverty and unemployment, developing collaborative, innovative, and practical projects.
