About This Cause
CapitalCare Foundation supports the programs and services provided by CapitalCare Group. CapitalCare is one of the largest public continuing care organizations in Canada, operating in Edmonton and area since 1963. CapitalCare is a leader in the care of adults with chronic disease or disability. In addition to providing full-time care, CapitalCare provides specialized care for those with Alzheimer's Disease, community services including day programs, respite care, sub-acute care programs, palliative care, a transition program and a mental health program.
