Mission Statement
AITC-M's mission is to build a bridge between agriculture and education and to connect kids, agriculture and the environment by delivering experiential, hands-on and curriculum-linked programming throughout Manitoba. AITC-M is committed to engaging youth, promoting their curiosity, and stewarding their personal connection to agriculture and the environment with the goal to encourage critical thinking about the issues and to become informed consumers and decision-makers.
About This Cause
Agriculture in the Classroom-Manitoba (AITC-M) is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to developing curriculum-linked programs, resources and activities for educators and students to learn more about the importance of agriculture in Manitoba. Since 1988, AITC-M has been the go-to source for free agriculture education resources and programs -- trusted by the agriculture industry, government, educators, and most importantly, students.
