About This Cause
YLAC is a Non-Profit Organization set up in Calgary. Run by a group of like-minded professionals who saw the need to inculcate leadership, communication and speaking skills into the youth of today to convert them into better Leaders of tomorrow. The purpose of YLAC is to provide effective training to the youth, empower and develop confidence, enhance communication and leadership skills which in turn will have a significant impact on the participants’ personal and professional growth. In order to accomplish the intent of mission and vision, YLAC envisage a roadmap of learning for the youth that shall instigate the essential skills of public speaking. In process of public speaking by taking up different roles in a program the participants also learn reading, writing and listening skills.
