About This Cause
Mental Health Copilots is a non-profit organization helping individuals access mental health resources. We believe everyone should have access to qualified mental health professionals that are aligned with their needs and preferences. Our volunteers work with clients until they have found the right professional match. This process includes working one-on-one with each client to help them find available local services, understand and choose between therapy options, navigate cost and payment options, contact therapy providers to request an intake appointment, and more. While information about services is often listed on private websites, and sometimes in public databases, navigating options can be time consuming and disheartening, particularly at a time when individuals may be struggling or feeling hopeless. Mental Health Copilots aims to empower and support each individual in their unique mental health journey.
