Mission Statement
Our mission is to reverse the deforestation trend by planting as many trees as possible, thus converting Nature back to its natural habitat. To create awareness amongst people about the havoc created by Mankind and the solution we provide and are available.
About This Cause
NWST Charitable Foundation was formed to correct the wrongdoings of Mankind towards Nature. Our goal is to plant as many trees as possible with the support of all. The ill effects of Nature being harmed are seen everywhere and everyday. We have been so unkind to Nature, that we have de-stablished the very root of Sustainable nature. Vast tracts of Forests have vanished. Species of plants and animals have become extinct. We are used to seeing only wooden or concrete jungles. Greenery has vanished from our lives. Though we all love green environment, we hardly pay attention to what we have done to destroy greenery. We have seen lots of Charities asking for food donations, health related matters donation, but hardly we hear a Charity asking for reversing the ill effects of mankind destruction. Food and health is effected by our Nature. So our goal is to recoup the root of the problem rather than its effects. When Nature is healthy, food and health will be in abundance. We are on the verge of natural disasters happening every day rather than few times in a year. Some of the effects of de-stablishing Nature are as follows: Weather Pattern Changes around the World. Melting of the Glaciers. Increase in temperature. Increase in Sea Levels. Constant migration of Humans. Green houses Gases increase. Radiation issues. Loss of natural habitat of animals. Loss of Plants, trees and the green fauna. Decrease in Food Production. Hunger Famine. Decrease in Oxygen levels in the atmosphere. These are some of the common effects which every person can witness. The time to ACT is now. If we miss this chance, the life on earth will soon see dangerous wars for getting control of Nature. Nature provides all the necessary elements for our healthy living. Fruits Crops Meat Fresh Air Heaven on earth. We have a solution and tools to fight against Nature's fury. Solution: Plant as many trees as possibly. Reforestation to bring back Nature to its original habitat. Relying on wood should be decreased, wherever possible. Deforestation has to be minimized immediately. Even in managed forests, deforestation should be minimized. Create more forests and natural habitat for birds, animals population. Our goal should be live naturally and let others live naturally too. Tools: The most important thing required for mankind is serious AWARENESS the world is facing. Accepting the facts as of today. Not to cry over spilt milk. Rather focus on the solutions. We need each and everyone to do its part. We are aware the World cannot be changed overnight, We need to start right now. We need volunteers for awareness creation. Awareness has to be bombarded on each individual daily until it sinks into their mind and soul. Only then people will realize the true value of Nature's existence. We have started these campaign for Albertans through social media, you tube channels and community meetings. In community meetings we have to offer snacks to the community which costs us money. Transportation costs are also involved. Our immediate goal is to plant 3 million trees in Alberta in the next three years and create so much awareness among the communities and individuals, that they would themselves take care of their Natural habitat. As we progress, more provinces will be added to our scope and a green clean Canada will be the model for the World. For trees we are setting up our own nursey in Alberta to grow the tree saplings and then transport them to the various communities who have pledged their support. We are working with specialized Agricultural Educational Institutions to get the latest technology in growing trees and nurturing them. WE need lots of volunteers, full time employees, Arborists and tree planters. Education and training is a constant feature in our activities list. All our employees are given in depth knowledge and practical training in tree planting. These are our Ambassadors for the pledging communities. We are looking for donations and funds from the Corporate World for our world saving project.
