Mission Statement
The focus of our initiative is to connect low-income families with disabilities (including cognitive, physical, learning disabilities and mental health challenges), as well as seniors and the unhoused, with the resources and services that they require. We believe that mental and spiritual needs are as important as physical needs. We aim to set people up for long-term success.
About This Cause
We are at Toronto-based non-profit organization that just recently upgraded to a registered Canadian charity. Our services include meals for the unhoused, clothing and household item drives, and special event initiatives such as our Christmas toy drive, back to school drive and Easter gifts. We also aim to provide mental health support such as wellness and anxiety kits. We are and almost entirely volunteer run organization with only a single employee paid for by a large government grant. As an organization we do not believe in spending donations on anything other than services/items directly supporting our clients.
