Mission Statement

Menstruation REDefined is a youth-led, volunteer-run non-profit organization whose mission is to combat the stigma surrounding menstruation, increase awareness on menstrual equity, implement access to free menstrual products in all post-secondary bathrooms, and ultimately make a positive impact on menstruators throughout Canada. We work towards this goal through a variety of initiatives including hosting webinars with menstrual health experts, organizing feminist art classes, conducting primary research, and distributing petitions.
