About This Cause
NPower Canada is a registered charity and sector-based workforce development initiative that aims to reduce poverty while closing Canada's digital skills gap. It launches low-income, diverse youth and adults into digital careers by providing no-cost technical and professional skills training, job placement and 5 years of post-hire career laddering services. In doing so, NPower Canada is cultivating the next generation of tech talent to fill in-demand junior-level roles with top Canadian employers. NPower Canada envisions a diverse technology workforce, where people from any cultural ethnicity, gender or socio-economic background can succeed in our digital economy.
