Mission Statement
The Refuge works with homeless, street, at-risk and struggling youth to provide a place where they are loved, nurtured, encouraged, safe and a place in which they can belong.
About This Cause
The Refuge has been working with homeless, street, at-risk and struggling youth since 1999. Each year we welcome between 450-500 different youth who come to The Refuge over 10,000 times seeking help, hope and belonging. We provide food, clothing, hygiene supplies and so much more but what we truly seek to provide is a community...a hope in which the youth can find healing from their abusive pasts and a hope for the future.
