CACHA’s mission is to improve health for rural communities through partnerships to facilitate programs for disease prevention, treatment, care, support, and education to the most vulnerable.
About This Cause
The Canada-Africa Community Health Alliance (CACHA) is dedicated to improving the health of rural African communities. We are a non-government organization and a registered Canadian charity. CACHA works with local partners on programs for disease prevention, treatment, support and education for the most vulnerable populations in Bénin, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Combining volunteer missions with ongoing in-country projects, CACHA is able to bring short and long-term support to partner communities. Together, CACHA and local partners build healthier communities.
