About This Cause
Fontbonne Ministries is located in the downtown east region of Toronto that is responsive to the social determinants of health. In alignment with our Mission, our services focus on responding to food security and access, cultivating social connections for those isolated and lonely, fostering wholistic wellness for vulnerable persons and providing affordable housing for marginalized single older women. Our quality and compassionate programming ensures access to essential services for people living in disadvantaged circumstances and experiencing homelessness, many of whom are from equity deserving-communities.
