Eden Food for Change is committed to increasing access to good food in a dignified manner, developing food skills to encourage healthy eating and empowering the community through education, outreach and advocacy.
About This Cause
Eden Food for Change hs a vision of Good Food For ALL!!! Eden Food for Change serves western Mississauga with 3 Food Bank locations that provide fresh food and non-perishable food to people struggling to feed themselves and their families. In addition to food support, Food Bank members receive advocacy support. Our Learning Kitchen provides free cooking courses for Food Bank members to gain nutritional education and cooking skills so they can prepare healthy food at home even with limited budgets. Eden Food for Change: Providing people with the food they need today and the skills and tools so they can put healthy food on their tables tomorrow themselves.
