Mission Statement

MISSION Victim Services of Middlesex-London (VSML) is an organization providing practical assistance and emotional support to help victims of crime and/or tragic circumstances and contributes to a safe and healthy community through collaboration and cooperation with Police and Emergency Service Personnel. VISION Early intervention and support may assist individuals to cope with the aftermath of crime or tragic circumstance in the longer-term by relieving distress, supporting personal autonomy, and restoring self-reliance.

About This Cause

Victim Services provides victims of crime and/or traumatic circumstances with immediate support and referrals to available programs and services. Our VQRP (Victim Quick Response Program) offers immediate practical assistance via financial support to victims of violent crimes-this includes homicide, serious physical assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, hate crimes, criminal harassment and child abuse. This program can provide things such as home safety items (lock changes, window/door alarms, motion lights), counselling, temporary safe accomodation, basic necessities, cell phones for safety planning and much more. Contact our office for more details- program eligibility is decided on a case by case basis.
